Questions about the subscription
How many credits does a campaign VOD cost?
Credits count what you upload, not what comes out. A one hour podcast costs 60 credits, one credit per minute uploaded, whether you get 10 clips or 20 out of it. You can also clip only part of the video: only that part is counted.
Are clips watermark free?
Yes, on all three plans: your clips come out clean, vertical 1080 x 1920, ready to submit.
How do credits work?
One minute of added video costs one credit, whatever its size in MB. Plan credits reset at each renewal; on Professional and Business billed monthly, the ones you didn’t use roll over to the next month. Top-up credits last 12 months.
Can I stop whenever I want?
No contract: cancel in one click from your account, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Monthly or yearly?
Both, on Creator and Professional, at any credit tier. Yearly, you save 50% and receive twelve months of credits when you subscribe.
